Mr Potato Head
Though I never had a Mr Potato Head toy when I was younger، but just about everyone else I knew did. These were a lot of fun، and they are still as much fun today. The original is still out there، but there are many other varieties that you can buy، and you may find that you cannot choose among the choices available to you on the store shelf. There are also tiny versions you can get for novelty sake، or perhaps as favors at a birthday party.
The original Mr Potato Head is something that you may find on eBay for a collectors price. Though you can get the same thing today in the store، but collectors want the ones that were made ten or twenty years ago to add to their toy collections. If you have an older version of Mr Potato Head that might still be in the box and is in great condition، you might get a good amount of money for it on eBay if you don’t mind parting with it.
One of the best things about Mr Potato Head is that if you get more than one، the pieces are، for the most part، interchangeable. You can mix and match، and you may find that putting female lips on Mr Potato Head will send your child into fits of giggles. They may have fun playing mix and match، and may even have more fun with two sets than with just one. Make sure you designate a special spot for these toys. You might want something like a bin with a lid on it so that your child has somewhere to store all of the parts and pieces. If even a few of the pieces get lost، your child may lose interest in the toys all together.
Mr Potato Head might be a great gift idea for the children in your extended family. In fact، you may be able to buy the same thing for all the kids at your family Christmas gathering، and this may stop a lot of the fighting. If they all got a Mr Potato Head from you، they will spend more time playing with their new toys than they will fighting with each other. No matter how well you plan it، if you give different toys to the kids، they will fight over the one they didn’t get. I don’t know about you، but peace and quiet is well worth the price، don’t you think?
