Steak Sauce
Steak is one of my favorite foods، and it has been since I was a kid. I used to pour a lot of steak sauce on my meat، and thought a steak was not a steak without it. Now that I am older، I have seen the error of my ways. Perhaps my family always just bought cheap cuts of meat، but I have found that if a steak is a good cut، and is cooked properly، there is no need to slather it with sauce in order to eat it and have it taste amazing.
Perhaps the secret is putting the right steak sauce on before the meat is cooked. I have been going to Applebee’s a lot lately، and the reason is the steak. It is always good، and always cooked exactly like I like it. I have no need to put steak sauce on it، and I don’t see why anyone would. I don’t know if they season it before they cook it، but it is always good، and always just right. I guess it is one of those things where if you were to ask، they probably wouldn’t tell you their secrets anyway.
It does matter where you go for steak. Ponderosa is known as a steak house، but I always have to use steak sauce when I go there. I guess I have never bought their most expensive steaks، but I worry that they won’t be worth the money. The steak they serve is ok، but it is much better with the steak sauce on top. I do like the steak at Outback as well، but I find that their steaks have a seasoning that I don’t like. It is good otherwise، but I wish I could order without the sauce. Perhaps next time I will ask.
There is nothing wrong with steak sauce، and if you like it، there is no need to skip it. It might be a matter of finding the right sauce. If I used steak sauce، I always use A-1، but not everyone likes it. There are many kinds out there، and you just have to find the one that makes your taste buds sing. You can find different brands on the store shelves to try، and you will find that most restaurants have their own steak sauce you can use. Some may even sell it so you can get a bottle if you have enjoyed it in their restaurant.
